Good variety, slightly late

I ordered the Family Friendly plan for our household last month. The recipes were generally easy to follow, and the ingredients were fresh. We especially liked the 'One-Pan Lemon Herb Chicken' – it was a hit with the kids. Portions were decent, and it definitely saved us some meal planning time. My only minor issue was that one of the boxes arrived a day later than the estimated delivery window, which messed up our dinner plans a bit. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though. Overall, a solid service for busy families.

Good weeknight dinners

Got the 'Quick and Easy' plan last week. Figured it would help with dinner after work. Everything was pretty simple to put together, no complaints there. The instructions were clear, even for someone like me who doesn't cook much. The one recipe had a lot of chopping, more than I expected for 'quick', but it turned out good.

Great meals, fresh ingredients

My recent order of the low-calorie recipes was excellent. The 'Creamy Dill Salmon' was delicious. Ingredients arrived fresh and well-packaged. Delivery was prompt. Would order again.

Made dinner super easy

So I decided to try HelloFresh because my friend was talking about it. Got the 'Meat and Veggies' plan and it was pretty cool. The recipe for the 'Beef Bulgogi Bowls' was simple to follow, and everything came pre-measured, which was nice. Didn't have to think about what to make for dinner, which is a big win for me. The only thing is I wish there were a few more options for breakfast items in the market add-ons, but that's a small thing. Good experience overall, made cooking less of a chore.

Reliable meal kits

This was my fifth order with HelloFresh, and it was just as consistent as the others. The 'Gourmet Meals' plan always has interesting recipes. Delivery took 3 days to get here in Phoenix, which is standard for them. One of the carrots in the last box was a little soft, but overall, it's why I keep coming back.

Consistent quality, reliable service

I've been a HelloFresh customer on and off for a couple of years now, usually opting for the Quick and Easy plan. This last order, featuring the 'Speedy Pork & Kale Stir-Fry,' was just as good as I remember previous ones being. The convenience is really what keeps me coming back; the ingredients are always fresh and the recipes are straightforward. Delivery is usually on time, though this time the ice packs were a bit melted by the time it reached my door, but the food was still cold. It's a dependable option when life gets busy.

Mostly positive experience

I ordered the 'Family Friendly' plan this time, primarily for the variety in dinners. The ordering process on their site was smooth, easy to pick meals and schedule delivery. It arrived on time, took 4 days to reach Austin, and the insulation kept everything cold. All ingredients were fresh, except for a slightly bruised tomato in one of the recipe bags. The customer support chat was quick when I had a question about skipping a week; they were helpful. The recipes were well-written and the portions were generous enough for our family of four with some leftovers. I appreciate the clear nutritional info for each dish.

So much fun to cook!

I just tried the Pescatarian plan for the first time and it was amazing! The 'Garlic Herb Tilapia with Roasted Asparagus' was incredibly flavorful, and I felt like a real chef. Everything was perfectly portioned, and the instructions were super clear. I'm already looking forward to my next box. This is such a great way to try new recipes without having to buy a bunch of ingredients I might not use again. Seriously, give them a try, you won't regret it!
